The chapter outlines requirements for operating authorities, drivers, and vehicles, covering aspects such as permitting, operational standards, and insurance obligations. It also emphasizes non-discrimination, city-wide service availability, and specific provisions for services at Dallas Love Field Airport and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
